Exenor gave advice to the company since its establishment, following the start-up. Particularly it took care of:

• buying the internet domains of the company
• following the registration of company trademarks
• choosing, together with Netsystem managers, the satellite receiving devices (PC cards)
• co-ordination of receiving devices software development
• co-ordination of software and devices test
• co-ordination of relationships with satellite receiving devices suppliers
• writing user manual and hardware and software installation procedures
• supervision of the user manual test
• call-center operator training, regarding the hardware and software installation procedures
• film-scripting for the training video for installers.

The above mentioned activities required business trips and stays in Germany, Luxembourg and San Francisco.
